Software Agreement

Permission is hereby granted, FREE of charge, to any person or entity obtaining a copy of (a) PHAR files, (b) its associated files and (c) documentation (or collectively known as the "Software"), the rights to (a) use, (b) copy, (c) distribute, (d) sublicense, and/or (e) sell copies of the Software, with the condition that the: (1) permission given above does not apply to the source code contained in the PHAR files; and the (2) Software should not be cloud-hosted for the purpose of demanding payment to be used by multiple customers to create an end-product for subscription basis similar to Software as a Service or SaaS in a digital marketplace. Additionally, this whole license agreement comprising of two (2) paragraphs shall be included in all copies or substantial portions of the Software.

The Software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. In no event shall the authors or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort or otherwise, arising from, out of or in connection with the software or the use or other dealings in the software.
